I was bought an afternoon tea and personalised teacup for my birthday. I would never use a tea cup and when I found I would have to travel around 70 miles to the nearest afternoon tea venue (despite it being advertised on the gift box as local to me!) I tried to exchange but apparently you can't exchange personalised gifts (even though they have to be pre-ordered so no reason they couldn't exchange) and the afternoon tea wasn't worth enough on it's own to exchange for anything so I ended up giving the afternoon tea away.

I am sure the friend who had bought it would be gutted if she realised there was no venue nearby as I am sure that would have been the reason for her purchase.

My advice is shop local or read the small print before buying, this may look good on the box but could end up just a waste of money!

I bought a Wedding gift for my Son and his Wife.
It was delivered very quickly but unfortunately was damaged. I contacted Find me a Gift who promptly had a replacement item issued which arrived in 2 days and had to be personalised.
Excellent customer service.
My only negative comment is the item was sent in a huge jiffy bag,totally unsuitable for the small item within and hence it had plenty of movement on it's journey to me,which may have rsulted in the damage.
The replacement was also sent in a huge jiffy bag but thankfully got to me without any damage.
I know it was sent direct from the supplier so no fault on the part of Find me a Gift

I have bought this car experience for my sons birthday. There is no indication of how or where to book it or even any company names? I have sent an email asking this question, response within 5-7days!! You think it would be that simple just to click participating companies???
